BRONZE

To find a tenant for your property. To negotiate an acceptable rent and to take a non refundable holding deposit, leaving you to deal with the references, tenancy agreements and management matters.(see our 'Letting service Terms for Landlords' for full services offered, fees,terms and conditions)

SILVER

To find a tenant for your property. To agree an acceptable rent and to take a non returnable holding deposit, and to take references and check credit agencies including analysis of bank statements, copying of identification documents, drafting and effecting appropriate tenancy agreements and holding and registering the tenant’s deposit. GOLD

To find a tenant for your property. To agree an acceptable rent and to take a non returnable holding deposit, and to take references and check credit agencies including analysis of bank statements, copying of identification documents, drafting and effecting appropriate tenancy agreements and holding and registering the tenant’s deposit. To execute a schedule of condition and inventory. To manage the property throughout the term, liaising with the tenants as necessary and arranging the execution of statutory matters, such as gas certificates and Energy Performance Certificates. PLATINUM

To find a tenant for your property. To agree an acceptable rent and to take a non returnable holding deposit, and to take references and check credit agencies including analysis of bank statements, copying of identification documents, drafting and effecting appropriate tenancy agreements and holding and registering the tenant’s deposit.

To execute a schedule of condition and inventory. To manage the property throughout the term, liaising with the tenants as necessary and arranging the execution of statutory matters, such as gas certificates and Energy Performance Certificates.  We can also provide a complete concierge service for your crème de la crème tenants including cleaning, ironing, shopping etc.  (see our 'Letting service  Terms for Landlords' for full services offered, fees, terms and conditions)

BESPOKE

Experienced Landlords or those with commercial properties to let may require a more tailored service, or you may require specific services that are included in the higher schemes but not in the Silver or Bronze, such as an HHSRS (risk assessment, see page 11.  In which case we can put together a scheme to suit you or provide a specific service at an additional charge.
