As at the end of September 2010 THOMAS BROWN already manages 34 blocks of flats and 12 portfolios of freehold houses amounting to hundreds of individual units, on behalf of investor landlord clients.

 

Our block management and freehold ground rent clients can expect an efficient service which will include administration of the landlords' lease obligations, including repairing, cleaning, gardening and insuring the building as necessary.

 

We will maintain proper detailed accounts, check and process receipts calculate and administer Planned Maintenance and Service Charge budgets.

 

We will instruct, co-ordinate, monitor and pay contractors.

 

We will collect Ground Rents and Service Charges and maintain a separate bank account for each individual property.

 

Where necessary we can advise on lease interpretation, lease valuation, lease extensions and enfranchisement. We are able to provide expert valuer reports, submissions and presentations and will appear if necessary on your behalf at Local Valuation Tribunals.
