The high overheads of high street premises necessitate charging high prices. The proprietors of THOMAS BROWN believe that investment is better made in the quality of the staff and the reasonable cost of services that we hope to provide to clients, than in unnecessary luxuries.

 

THOMAS BROWN aim to provide a service like that of an old fashioned tailor, “made to measure”, providing  a range of services that have been devised to suit all clients who are involved in property, whether as a Landlord or as a Tenant and whatever the property tenure. THOMAS BROWN's key personnel are Adrian Thomas & Kat Day. Adrian enjoys art, design and entertaining. A former founding director of a large local estate agency and professional practice, he decided to take the option of acting on a personable, "hands on" basis dealing with new clients and his considerable network of friends, acquaintances and existring clients and business contacts, built up over 25 years from socialising, working, living  and playing in the Three Rivers District. In fact he is by far the longest practising property agent in the area and has been a fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents for 20 years.
